Our Certificate IV in Fitness qualified personal trainer Michael Drew will analyze your current condition and design a comprehensive exercise program specific to your goals and needs. He will not only help you reach your health and fitness goals but help you maintain them as well. Michael is also a Level 1 Sports Trainer, Spinning Instructor and Beach Fitness Trainer who enjoys training and educating clients to reach their full potential.
Emma has been working as a Fitness Instructor since 1998, and commenced Personal Fitness Training in 2000. She has established a successful personal training business at Fitness Revolution, specialising in women's training programs, and has helped many clients achieve their fitness and weight-loss goals with an emphasis on high-intensity workouts which provide excellent results in the shortest possible time.
