Lake Macquarie hot yoga studio classes is an innovative yoga method that gives you unparrelled vitality, flexibility strength in our infrared heated studio. Our 30^ heated studio burns fat more effectiviley, increases your metabolism, joint mobility while also providing powerful detoxification. Your body will stretch with more ease and go deeper into postures more rapidly leaving you feeling energised, alligned and empowered.
The dynamic hot yoga classes are taught by qualified and inspiring teachers that use VINYASA YOGA sequences to help keep the body moving and generating heat. The line up of postures are diverse including standing sequences, inversions, forward bends, twist, hip openers, super fun arm - balances and backbends: finishing with relaxation and meditation. The class focuses on matching movement with breath to balance and rejuvinate mind and body.
WHO SHOULD DO IT?
Lake Macquarie hot yoga accomadates for all levels of fitness and flexibility. Its for anyone who wants to torch the calories, sculpt the body and improve the mind! If you have high blood pressure or a heart condition we suggest you have a medical certificate before you attend the class and due the heat nature of the class pregnant women are strongley advised not to attend.

HOW OFTEN SHOULD I DO HOT YOGA?
We recomend 3 sessions a week if you want to see truly dramatic results. Our 10 visit pass is designed to make regular attendance affordable, just $13 a class. After each class you will become stronger and more aware of your body's incredible potential. Very quickly you will fall in love with the new you - in body and spirit!

WHAT DO I NEED TO WEAR AND BRING WITH ME?
All you need to bring is yourself, comfortable clothing, a towel for your mat and a hand towel for sweat!!. We provide yoga mats or feel free to bring your own. Make sure you bing a bottle of water for after the class and join us with an open mind and a smile!!
