ZUMBA
Zumba is a one-of-a-kind fitness program that combines motivating Latin Rhythms with unique, easy to follow dance moves. Great for both the body and mind, this Latin-based class is fun, upbeat and energetic, whilst incorporating interval rhythms to maximise caloric output for fat burning
SHAPE’N’TONE
Are you looking to strengthen and sculpt your body? Then this is the class for you! Shape n Tone offers a total condition workout incorporating hand weights, weight bar and body weight to tone those hard to tone areas. Suitable for the first-timer and a challenge for the experienced.
SPINEXPRESS
A dynamic, stationary, group cycling experience suitable for both beginners and seasoned athletes. This class will build, strength and help you to achieve endurance and cardio fitness.

FATBURNER
This class incorporates 15minute intervals of low impact moves, step and muscle conditioning. This class keeps you on your toes, while challenging you cardiovascular system.
TBW
Looking for a class that is packed with fun and energizing exercises? Whether beginning or just tired of the same routine, this class utilized different class formats such as hi/lo, spin, step or boxing. This class is guaranteed to challenge all fitness levels.
BODYPUMP
This class aimed at over loading muscles to give you added strength, tone & endurance whilst working all the major muscle groups. Non-impact class using a weighted bar to music.
PILATES
A popular non impact workout focusing on Pilates moves. So if you want to strengthen your core stability to improve posture and flexibility, then this is the class for you!
YOGA
Yoga offers a workout that stretches and tones the body while relaxing the mind, focusing on breathing and flexibility training.
GENTLE EXERCISE
This is an excellent class for the senior exerciser and the de-conditioned incorporating low impact moves as well as using resistance equipment and hand weights. Classes begin upstairs in circuit room.
AWESOME ABS
Get your CORE in shape! This class will focus on your core emphasizing abdominal and lower back muscles.
BOXERCISE
Great cardio workout using traditional boxing moves. Includes the use of gloves, focus pads, speed balls, floor to ceiling balls and boxing bags. Suitable for all ages.
STEP n SCULPT
This class is designed for people who enjoy simple step choreography and high intensity cardio. This class also incorporates hand weight segments to achieve those toned legs you have always wanted!
SPIN n CIRCUIT
Sweat it out on our bikes for 15-20 mins then completing the workout upstairs in the aerobic room for a circuit style class that incorporates the combination of resistance training & aerobic conditioning.
