Take the Sand Challenge!
Our Beach Fitness Club is on every Tuesday and Friday morning 6.15am sharp at Redhead Beach. Join your instructors Lisa (an experienced Surf Lifesaver, Competitor & Fitness Trainer) & Michael (Sports Trainer & Personal Trainer) for a challenging workout that will increase your stamina and fitness as well as muscular endurance. You can burn 50% more calories on the sand than on the land.
Beach Fitness classes are included in your gym membership & for non-members the cost is just a casual visit fee of $10.50. For hills and drills, sand and command, obstacles and challenges—meet Lisa and Michael with our Beach Fitness Club at Redhead Beach. Everybody Welcome!
